Town of Antrim – Board of Selectmen
Meeting Minutes
November 25, 2013
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Webber in the Antrim Little Town Hall.
Members Present: Mr. Webber, Mr. Genest & Mr. Robertson
Staff present: Galen Stearns (Town Administrator)
- Mr. Robertson motioned to approve the BOS minutes of November 12, 2013, Mr. Genest 2nd. Passed 3/0
- Mr. Robertson motioned to approve the BOS minutes of November 19, 2013, Mr. Webber 2nd. Passed 2/0/1
Mr. Rich Cahoon (ConVal School Board) stated that the school board was looking for input from the towns on focusing the study committee on possible efficiencies, consolidations or enrollment increases. The board felt that focusing on efficiencies was the best way to go.
The selectmen were presented and reviewed the following 2014 budgets:
- 4140 Town Clerk
- 4145 Elections
- 4151 Tax Collector
- 4215 Ambulance
- 4220 Fire Department
- 4311 Highway
- 4324 ARTS
- 4520 Parks & Recreation
- Mr. Stearns presented a request to dedicate the 2013 Town Report to Richard Winslow and Lyman Gilmore and the selectmen concurred.
- There being no further business, Mr. Genest motioned to adjourn, Mr. Webber 2nd. Passed 3/0. Meeting adjourned at 8:25 PM
